In a world of fonts, a person still moves a wet nib and means every stroke.
Why the human is the point
A font is the same a million times. A calligrapher's hand is never quite the same twice, and that is the whole point. The wet nib catches, the pressure swells and thins the line, and a name written by a person carries a warmth no keyboard reproduces. It is the opposite of instant: slow, deliberate, and human to the last serif. When something matters enough to be written by hand, a person is who you ask.
