Phlebotomist
In the minute it takes to draw a little blood, a steady, kind person turns a nervous patient into a calm one.

Why the human is the point
A phlebotomist meets you at a small, scary moment and makes it easy. They find the vein, keep the chatter warm, and have it done before the fear catches up with you. Every tube they fill starts a diagnosis, so their steady hands are the first link in someone getting well. They see hundreds of arms a day and still treat yours like it matters. A good one leaves you thinking that was nothing, which is the whole art. Trust like that is earned one gentle draw at a time.
