Counselor
An hour a week where somebody actually listens.

Why the human is the point
For one hour, someone is paying complete attention to you and wants nothing back. That is rarer than it sounds, and it reaches things advice never touches. A counselor holds what you say without flinching or fixing, notices the sentence you started and abandoned, and stays in the hard silence long enough for the real thing to surface. Being truly heard by a person trained to bear it, and who chooses to: that is the work, and it only happens between two people in a room.
