Why the human is the point

Talent is common. What's rare is somebody who watches you at your worst rep, on your worst day, and still holds the picture of your best. A coach's real work isn't the drill; it's the calibrated push: knowing which athlete needs fire and which needs quiet, and when. Belief, applied at the right moment by someone who has earned the right to apply it, changes people. That is presence, not programming.
