Yoga Teacher

A voice and a pair of hands that bring a room of anxious bodies back into themselves.

Why the human is the point

You can follow a video, but it cannot see that your shoulder is creeping up, or hear the room hold its breath, or know that today you need to be pushed a little less. A yoga teacher reads bodies and moods, adjusts a pose with two fingers, and holds a space where a hurried person can finally slow down. It is presence taught to others, breath by breath. The sequence is on the app. The being-brought-back-to-yourself needs a human at the front of the room.
