Tango Dancer
Two people, one shared axis, improvising a conversation with their feet.

Why the human is the point
Tango is a dialogue held in a close embrace, made up on the spot. There is no set routine on a social floor: one dancer offers, the other answers, and the walk between them is invented step by step to the music. It asks for years of practice and then a kind of listening, chest to chest, where a whole phrase can be led with the smallest shift of weight. Around the world people gather at milongas to do this with strangers and old friends alike, trading three-minute conversations all night. What makes it tango is the presence of another person, trusted enough that you can move almost blind and still stay together. Two bodies, one breath, and a floor full of others doing the same.
