Rock Climbing Guide
The trusted hand on the rope who reads the rock and your nerve so you can look up and just climb.

Why the human is the point
A cliff looks impossible until someone who knows it stands beside you and makes it a sequence of small, honest moves. A climbing guide holds the rope that holds your life, and they hold it with a calm that travels straight down the line into your hands. They have read this wall a hundred times, so they can spend their attention on you: your grip, your breathing, the moment fear starts whispering that you cannot. From the top they call the beta you need and nothing you do not, steady as the stone itself. Trust is the whole sport, and trust is a human thing, built glance by glance, catch by catch, until you commit to a hold you could not see from the ground. What they really guide you toward is the version of yourself that keeps climbing.
