Personal Trainer

The steady presence in the gym who knows your body's story and cheers every rep like it matters, because it does.

Why the human is the point

Getting stronger is simple on paper and quietly hard in the body, especially on the days you would rather not. A personal trainer stands in that gap, counting the rep you thought you could not do and knowing, better than you, that you could. They watch how you actually move, not how a chart says you should, and adjust the plan to the human in front of them. People come for the workout and stay for the feeling of someone in their corner, learning their name, remembering their sore knee, showing up week after week. Strength built beside a person who believes in you tends to outlast strength built alone. It is care wearing a whistle.
