Choir Leader
A roomful of voices that don't yet know they're one. Somebody has to raise the hand.

Why the human is the point
Forty people can occupy a room and still not be together. Then a hand goes up, a breath is drawn, and forty voices become one thing that none of them could be alone. The choir leader manufactures that moment: part conductor, part shepherd, part lightning rod. Singing together is one of the oldest human technologies for belonging. It has never once worked without a human at the front.
