Before you walk in
A few things worth asking the host before you book.
- Is this session suitable for someone who has never tried it?
- What should I bring, wear or prepare?
- What is included, and are there any extra costs?
- Can you accommodate my access needs?
- What could I try next if I enjoy it?

A house is held up by a thousand joints you will never inspect, each one cut by someone who decided, alone, to make it square. Wood moves with the seasons, so the carpenter reads the grain and works with its stubbornness instead of against it. Anyone can follow a plan. It takes a person to stand in a half-built room, see what the drawing missed, and fix it before it becomes the thing that creaks for forty years. Your home remembers their hands.
